Meet the Think Blue Team
To help communities learn more about how to shop for health insurance, we’ve formed the Think Blue team. Think Blue community specialists work closely with community groups, health care professionals, faith-based organizations and others to set up free information sessions where we talk about health insurance in easy-to-understand terms.
Free seminars and events are offered — in both English and Spanish — all year long throughout {{controller.state.name}}. Attendees will learn if they qualify for assistance to help pay premiums, work one-on-one with a licensed representative and get help choosing a plan that fits their coverage needs and budget.
We help:
Individuals and Families
- Those who have never had health insurance.
- People who may be losing their employer-offered group health plan.
- Young adults turning 26, who are no longer under a parent's group health plan.
- Early retirees not yet under Medicare, who need insurance until they reach age 65.
- New employees who are waiting for their insurance to start and need a short-term plan to bridge the gap.
- Those that have experienced a recent life event and may qualify for special enrollment.
Medicare
- Those who are turning 65 and new to Medicare.
- Medicare recipients interested in learning more about their options or changing plans.
- People who may be helping parents or grandparents with their health insurance decisions.
